Società Iniziative Nazionali Autostradali S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as “SINA” or the “Company”) was established in 1962 with the purpose of analyzing, promoting, carrying out and managing construction and services in the road, transportation and communication sectors.

This activity encompasses all phases from the initial conception to the commissioning of new infrastructure: feasibility and environmental impact studies, design, construction management and safety.

The commitment of the SINA does not end with the commissioning of the infrastructure but continues over time to support its management and enhancement.

The Company has promoted and implemented internally and in the performance of its activities a policy to raise awareness of ethics in behavior and work, considering fairness in internal and external relations as a fundamental criterion that guides all our actions.

By means of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, SINA intends to codify the ethical and behavioral principles which, in carrying out its corporate activities, characterize its relations with personnel and third parties.

The principles contained in this Code of Ethics and Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Ethics” or “Code”) must be applied by any person working on behalf of or coming into contact with SINA, and should this not occur, disciplinary and contractual sanctions will be applied for any violations.
